sinus problems

hi

i have been suffering with sinus probs for about a week it comes and goes painful head, pressure in face, bit off balance, itchy nose, sneezing and feeling bit sicky. trouble is when i get all these feelings it sets off anxiety and panicky feelings. does this happen to other people that are not feeling 100%?

Hi Lorraine sorry you are suffering with this horrid sinus problem , have you got any treatment for it from your GP or Pharmasist ???

I suffer from it loads and it used to send my HA into overdrive now i just accept it and treat it with inhalations and it seems to shift it much quicker .
