for the 1st time in three days i have eaten yahooooooooooo! thank you my friends for the encourgement....ham and tomato sandwich and you know wot i may now go and have a packet of crisps!!!!!!! i know, you may need to sit down...but i am oh so thrilled...been living on fresh air and cig's xxxxx
