    working out

I was wondering if anybody lift weights on here and if so do they find that there anxiety is worse the following day/s. Not sure if its a coincidence as i have only worked out twice in recent months

I feel like my blood sugar is always low the day after and just really weak. I dont seem to get that sensation if i run, just if i lift weights.

i didnt over do it, just a few sets. I used to work out loads and never had problems but stopped when i began suffering from anxiety.

I know the difference between muscle fatigue and anxiety.

    Re: working out

    Hey,
I run & Lift weights (heavy & low reps).
I have never found it aggravates anxiety. I do it for the opposite reason.

I spend most of my life tiring myself out to feel more relaxed and I sleep better for it. With weights I dont normaly feel any effect till a full 24 hours after. Give it another go it may just be a coincidence.

    Simon.
