dark specks in my mouth

Hi, I've noticed some very small dark specks on the inside of my lip and cheek and began to worry... The one that was on the inside of my lip disappeared about a day after I noticed it. I just some more on my inside cheek:



Any idea what these could be?? Could it be from just bitting my cheek?

Looks like from probably chewing on the inside of your cheek and lip area.
I have done this. If you do it on purpose you can notice how you can chew on many areas. We just don't realize it if we are doing it during stress or anxiety.

That looks like one healthy mouth. It does look like little blood spots from biting. I wouldnt worry one bit and I bet they go within a week.

Ah I get those! They are from chewing.

They're from chewing your lip and cheeks you just burst little tiny blood vessels. It's nothing at all to worry about! Happens to everyone!
