Worthing, Brighton area anyone?

Hi guys

I am Heavenly, have had anxiety attacks briefly over the years but they were always manageable, but have just had a 48 hour one and will be starting counselling this week actually!

I have my younger sis, who understands, she has had these over the years, but don't want to keep having to pop round there and ring her, she has been a rock but she has a toddler and her own life.

I would love to try and get out more anyway, so this doesn't end up dehabiliting, meet new people, and meeting people going through the same stuff would be such a help. I am a very friendly and cheerful person, these attacks aside obviously , but I am a glass is half full sort of person, I think it helps!

If anyone lives in the Worthing/Littlehampton/Brighton area (or anywhere in the vicinity really) on the south coast, would love to hear from you!

Ooh how exciting. I got a reply! Hi Wendy, tell me a bit about yourself, or PM me, would be so nice to have people to chat with on here, I don't want to clog up the threads, if PM is better for you. Its been a lifeline this weekend talking to my sis and a couple of friends that have gone through what I just have, but I would love to meet new people that are also.

Hi Kerrie, I am hoping to sort some get together out for anyone that lives around Brighton, Worthing, Littlehampton area. Nothing too far away as I get panicky if too far away from home at the mo.

Edit - If I can get to the point of travelling that far, (its a bit early days for me at the mo), I will definitely join in with your get together group. xx
