my world is getting so small now,, im losing my mates as ive been taking them down with me,, i didnt want to be on my own , but have now gone to i wanna be on my own, i dont understand, is this a good thing,, am i questioning a poistive thing,, r my new meds working,, i feel well and im still not happy,, wtf, lol.
Current meds,
duloxetine 60mg am/ pm , cut out night time one,, see how it goes,
seroquel 200mg xr pm ------ weaned down to 150mg-------now 100mg------ 50mg---------NONE-----back on 50mg
diaizpam 5mg, as needed.
come on panic attack do your worse,, you can knock me down,, BUT I WILL GET BACK UP AGAIN.

I'm sorry that you are feeling like this. Is there somone that could help you get out of the house for a few hours? I know that you would need somone to look after the kids and somone to help you out. Would the mental health team help with this? It seems crucial to you making any progress. Just to say that I'm thinking of you and don't give up the struggle. EJ
