Is this agoraphobia?

Hi all

I’m currently more posting on the Citalopram forum as on medication, but wanted to ask for your feedback if my theory is right.

I started to have a anxiety problems when I got pregnant with my son 6 years ago before then I don’t remember having any panic attack with symptoms I have now. For some reason I get desperate urge to pee when I get anxious and then the pins & needles and numbness feeling in my arms and some depersonalization.
The need to pee led me to avoid lots of places in those years gone, anything where is not easy access to toilet or involving lot of people around me. I hate going to places I don’t know, being stuck in traffic, any gigs or festivals , cinema I can cope with as long as I have an aisle seat, big shopping centers etc.

I think I developed the agoraphobia as a secondary thing to my anxiety, still can’t work it out why.

I have had CBT in the past, but sometimes it’s very hard to put into practice and now for a third time on medication.

Just wanted to ask if I’m right about this.
