im scared/depressed

one of my meds is going to be stopped, and i feel soo depressed about it, i feel like giving up i know i have the other meds, but this one in particualr really has helped me in the past, the others i don't really feel make much difference

because its a risk to my health :( i don't know what i'll do without it though, it helped me to manage with my SH

What med is it? Venlafaxine? I'm sure your doc will replace it with something just as effective if it's a risk to your health.

no its called promazine, last night i got soo bad, in past ive SH, it was to help with those thoughts, especially at night, last night i tried to hurt myself, didn't manage to break anything but bruised this morning im scared now, i couldn't sleep they normally help to keep me in a regular sleep pattern too, im not allowed anything else

Could you not ask your doc to give you something - even short-term - to help with the way you feel? It's not right that you're suffering like this - even though you will adjust to it eventually.

i will try asking again i havn't managed to get any quality sleep, as now its been cut down only get 1 a night and it doesn't help me

i saw my new cpn today, i mentioned my concerns, they going to see what they can do, they asked if id be willing to try an alternative, i said yes, my quality of sleep is suffering to and sh thoughts and anxiety seem worse
