Stabbing pain in stomach, above belly button?!

Hi everyone,

Just a quick one... im writing on here because i really dont want to google.. but i need reassurance!

Just started getting a sharp, stabbing pain in centre of stomach, above my belly button.... it gives a sharp pain then goes?!

Has anyone had this before? Its only happened a few times but im really scared about it and reallyyyyy dont want to ask Dr Google!!

Could this be anxiety? Wind? Or something much much worse?? xx

ive had similar about a year ago, i had it in the same spot, but i described it like a quick electric shock, it was regular,like a pulse a few minutes apart, i got it when i was driving home and i was so anxious about it. It lasted an hour and then just gradually stopped, dont know what it was and never got it again (touch wood)
dont know if this is the same but be reasured that it stopped ive convinced myself it was just some random nerve pain
