    Good Few Days

Hi everyone, its good to be able to write on this page!!
Just thought i would let you all know i have a had a good few days recently, not totally panic free but great steps!
Last friday i had to go and meet 2 customers in a near by town about 15min drive away, I was REALLY nervous about going as 1 i had to go on my own and 2 i had to stay there while i had a consultation with 2 strangers! BUT i done it!!! It felt like as i was driving away from home i was driving write into the black hole of my fear! I listened to my MP3 player and carried on i was shaking sweating feeling a bit unreal but the feelings did go and when they came back i felt i could control them.
Then the next day i had to go out for my cousins hen do, it was at a spa during the day and a club during the eve. I had a massage at the spa which was lovely but i still couldnt totally relax, in the evening at the club i was fine intill about 11.00 when it started to get really busy but i wasnt the only one! So i am so glad i stayed the whole day, as at the start of the week i didnt want to drive down the road on my own!
Then the big challenge was yesterday when i had to be bridesmaid for my cousin!! I didnt want to walk down the aisle and i didnt want to have to sit in church for 1/2 an hour knowing that i cant easily get up and run out in front of everyone! BUT I DONE IT!!!! and i stayed to the reception intill 12.30 and i ate the meal too!
This is a really big acheivement for me bearing in mind a coupleof years ago i wouldnt leave my room!! Just wanted to share with everyone xx
