its a really nice group i promise you, you don't have to play bowling if you don't want as lima isn't either, it doesn't matter how long as you only have to stay for however long you want to and there will probably be about between 6 to 8, we all suffer with different things, some social anx, some agoraphobic etc, do try and come as we do have a laugh and as jokey as we are on this thread its a totally understanding group.

Gettingfedupnow - I just want to reiterate what Di's said really. You'd be very welcome. We're playing bowling, then some of the arcade games and having a drink - just come for that if you'd prefer. There's really no pressure to talk much or join in, just do what you feel able to do. I know it's helped us all a lot to be around people who can understand, so I'm sure it'd be good for you too.

yes i will have a good think about it as up until now i never really talked about it to anyone that could really understand, will there be all different ages there do you think?

we range from different ages hun, think its about noon.
ok, might not be until later though as might have work until 4pm ish. if there is likely to be people still out then i think i will nervously attend!!
