Too much sleep, poor concentration... Help!

Hello everyone
For a few weeks now, I've been feeling really, really sleepy. I want to sleep all the time, and that's really worrying me. I can't help but think that this could be something in my brain, 'cause along with the sleepiness I'm also with concentration problems. Sometimes, I just forget the simplest words too. I'm trying to tell myself that the lack of concentration is 'cause I'm sleeping too much, but one thing goes to another and now I'm really frightened.

Does anyone else have this? Why does this happen? Everybody is telling me that this might be depression, but I don't know anymore.

I can sympathise with you. I too have been feeling really tired almost sedated like for the last three weeks , I have no idea what it is but i also feel like i'm in a dream state also. I have read heaps of depersonalisation etc and am thinking maybe its that. I think when we feel like this and really worry about it it makes us even more tired then we feel low which is perhaps where the depression comes in but I don't really know . All I can say is your not alone
