Sick of the fear but determined to beat it!

    Hi all!
I'm Dan, I'm 31 and live in Wiltshire and I've been living with anxiety since I was 14 and I still don't seem to have cracked it.
I joined the site a few months back but didn't think about using the forum until today.
Anxiety has unfortunately ruled all of my adult life and I'm in a constant battle with anxiety attacks, once I've learned to control one symptom another manifests itself and the list of symptoms is so huge that I find it difficult to initially figure out if it's an anxiety attack or something else which then makes me worse! Anyway, I'm hoping to find some answers and hopefully some advice and friends on here.
I apologise for the long monologue but I'm in the process of dealing with an attack as I write! Lol, here we go again!
    Dan.

I cope sporadically! I was on seroxat for years and that really messed me up, I finally managed to come off it about a year ago after 9 years and I'm on fluoxetine now although it doesn't seem to be working as well as I'd hoped, I constantly feel tense and on edge so I think I need to change meds again. Whatever happens, I've got to the point where I don't know what to do anymore, it's very frustrating!
