Really worried about bowel obstruction :(

I have been used to going for huge dumps for years and now i am really bloated, feels like a lump inside rectum, hard to parse gas, shakey etc.

Could this just be anxiety?

Also my gastritis has got worse and now i still cant eat, havent eaten any solid food for a few days.

If youre not eating then your digestive system will slow down and stop pushing the food through you as quickly as it did before. Sounds like constipation to me.

I have tried senna, movicol and plenty of water but its not really doing much.

Have you tried giving yourself an abdominal massage? Look it up on youtube for a video tutorial. It really does work to get things moving again.

If you had bowel obstruction believe me you would know about it! my mum had it and it was not pleasent.

Try having concentrated orange juice, bran and hot drinks that should help with your constipation.
