    Mental Symptoms of Anxiety/ Panic

    Hi

As a recovered sufferer, I often think of what I would have really liked to have known before becoming ill.

The physical symptoms were bad enough but what really concerned me at the time were the mental symptoms.

In retrospect, I know now that many of these mental symptoms which I are a normal part of severe anxiety and would pass as I got better. NOT a sure sign of my impending madness as I believed at the time.

i would have liked to have known that the intence fear i felt that day when it all started was panic and not a heart complaint

dont no if it would have changed anything as i was in a vulnerable state but you never no.

also i would have liked a copy of claire weekes books in the beginning to feel less alone
