Just popping in to say hi. Really glad I found this forum! I have been suffering from a panic disorder since the start of the year, and have suffered from depression since my early teens (I am 21 now). I think I have always been panicky tho - I remember crying in bed when I was younger (primary school age) because I thought I was going to stop breathing in my sleep and my mum reassuring me that I would still be there in the morning. It's really nice to see I am not alone, and to know I'm not going insane.
Anyway hope to speak to you all around the forum
