Ive got the CBT for dummies book and the work book that goes with it.
Ive actually had CBT therapy before, so I knew what to expect and the book fulfils it.
Rebuilding my life one day at a time.

Try Derek Silove's book, can't remember the title. When I got referred for CBT last time, they recommended that book.
