Just wanted to express thanks to all those who welcomed me for the first time in the chat room tonite.
Not sure if you will see this but it meant so much! Within ten minutes i was smiling and everyone was so very kind.

When I joined NMP at the beginning of the year I ventured very nervously into the chat room one night not long after, said hi to a few of the members who were in there and they really welcomed me. A short time later I decided to leave but didn't know how to come out of it so I panicked, as in had a panic attack because I felt trapped, so I told the members that I suffer from claustrophobia and could they help me to get out....bearing in mind that this is a virtual room and not a real one! we fell about laughing and the ice was broken for me that night...they were great to me but I still cringe when i think about my panic about being trapped in the chat room though
