    Hello new member UK

Hello out here. I came to this site ater reading an article in the Daily mail. I thought this sounds like me!!So I am not the only one. My main problem is driving!! Yesterday was the worst for ages. Driving back home I felt uneasy as ever, then bang here we go.... felt like I was going to pass out, opened the windows, then pulled off the road a junction to early. Shouted at myself and then carried on but felt awful. I knew I had to do this journey the day before so of course I was going over it the night before. I would like some help or advice. The natural way seems favorite.
