Hi everyone
I have been taking 10mg of cit for the past 5 weeks for my anxiety. Have been lucky and not suffered any lasting side effects and i feel that they have helped my anxiety immensly until now. The last 2 nights i have struggled to get to sleep and suffered from insommnia. I have also suffered with really bad anxiety today,basically palatations,and that horrible tickly feeling in my stomach. Do you think it will help if i go up to 20mg of cit? Also i currently take my cit in the mornings which make me feel tired all day. Do you think i would be better taking them in the evenings?
