doctors appointment......

my dear dear friends who wanted an update.....

visited the doctor this morning and she was very sympathetic and she has referred me for "CBT"....she said that the waiting time is not too long which is very encourging.

she has increased my dose to 40mg.....she says that with these drugs they do take a long time and it is crucial to get the right dose...lets hope this is the correct one...my friends please make a little wish.

i did tell her about the surgery counsellor and she was shocked but did not comment any further....dont know wot will happen over that one...i dont want to get anyone in trouble xxxxx

lets hope that soon i can feel like my old self - i do miss her so very very much.

Really glad you are finally on the road to gettinghelp of some kind
I dont know what happened with the counsellor as i am new but i wont take u back there Only want to say if u give feedback of any sort at least it wont have to happen to someone else and if they are a decent practitioner they will welcome ideas on how to improve.

Glad you wont have long to wait for the CBT and best of luck!

So good to hear the doc listened to you and you have had some help. Don't worry about the counsellor, I know you would not have been rude as you are such a sweet person. They will act on feedback in a professional way.
Let's hope it's not too long before your CBT sessions start.

Hello, Im so glad the Doctors apt went well, and the waiting list is not to long for cbt, im on the waiting list to and just got my apt through today for October so not long till wait now. Take care and hope your feeling ok today xx
