flying

can anyone help one of my phobias is flying, not scared of heights just of being trapped and cant get off
The last time i flew to uk i took a calming tablet..happy days i was fine on the way back i took another OH MY GOD luckily my brilliant boyfriend was with me as i tried to get of the aeroplane and we were over sea, he wouldnt let me pass him and calmed me down i felt rotten and i laugh now but this year i have to fly 10 or more times. the first is on the 26th of april and im already panicking
please let me know if you have any advise id be very greatful

I wish I had some great advice for you. I suffer terribly with this, it is actually debilitating for me. I just won't do it! I am supposed to fly off of the island (Hawaii) by June. I have no idea how I am to do it. Right now I am doing hypnotherapy with CBT soon to start. It's a terrible phobia for me. The thought makes me ill. I hope that you can get over it. Seems as though pills work for you, not so much for me. Please let me know how it's going.
