Hello

I have suffered from anxiety and low self esteem for a long time. I was on citalopram for a year and a half but have just gone off and noticed some uncomfortable symptoms though they never really went fully away when I was on the SSRIs.

I have started counselling once a week to have started talking about my You're OK, I'm not OK' view on other people.

I thought it would be good to go on this forum and feel better about myself, feel like a 'freak' and see that anxiety is something we all suffer from
