Itching

Ive just had a panic attack about 20 minutes ago but this one was different, My fingers and knuckles went really red and my hands and arms started itching after that was the dizzyness and normal cramps and palpatations. Its passed even though i feel like crap but does anyone else have this kind of symptom.

I havent experienced itching with my PA but I have always tended to suffer the same symptoms...palpitations, dizziness, chest pains, nausea etc. I do think its just another symptom of anxiety and nothing to worry about.

However, maybe you have used some different products on your skin, or a different washing powder etc which has irritated your skin. Its worth a thought???

Try and not worry too much...you coped well with your PA today, so well done. Thats one less panic attack you'll be having this year.

I have the mad itching thing too. It usually goes away after a few minutes.
I put it down to another way our bodies show displeasure at what is happening to us.
