Sitting here and the back of my throat feels very hoarse, also it really hurts when swallowing, is this normal for when Acid Reflux is really playing up?
I had a McDonalds meal today which I really shouldn't have as I'm trying to avoid fast food for precisely this reason but I was in a rush at work and I think that is now comnig back to bite me...

suck on mints to keep the throat lubricated and it may help.
