Well, I've now been on this pill for almost 7 weeks, 4 weeks on 10mg and almost 3 weeks on 20mg it hasn't done much at all apart from more or less stopping my panic attacks and stopping my fast heartbeats so i am disappointed, If it was going to work then i think it would have done so by now.

Maybe as well as taking the tablets a change in outlook might help

Well that's the only benefit i have had and the cons outweight the pro's right now, I've lost my libido, Feel more tired and crapper since being on these pills, If they were helping my other symptoms i would be much happier, Unless my some of my symptoms are not anxiety related?

They are not a miracle cure, but if they are stopping your panic attacks i would say thats great. Why are you so negative?

I was just expecting more at this moment in time after being on the 10mg for 4 weeks and I have now been on 20mg for 3 weeks.
