New to Lorazepam

Hi everyone. After nearly a week of feeling really anxious and edgy I've been to see a doctor who has given me 0.5mg Lorazepam to take as needed. I'm quite anxious about taking this as I do not like to feel spaced out and can't be in a position where I'm sleepy. Has anyone started this amount and how did you feel afterwards. Any help would be very grateful :0) x

Hi Spencer, its a small dose really, and should simply take the edge off your anxiety without knocking you around to much. Be careful of alcohol though, its a dangerous combo, and will exacerbate the effects x
