i iv been off for a few weeks an di my computer crashed i cant get in to chat it is says windows has closed this programme i have no idea what to do iv changed myinternet secrity settings but othing works any help please xxxx

It could be you are blocking pop-ups or you have disabled java maybe. Under the chat room forum is a technical post that Ross did as well so have a read of that too.

woo i did it it was java you were right had to phone up windows help line lol they cracked it for me thanks x
