Think it might be my anxiety attacks but not sure

sweaty
chest discomfort
acid burning throat but i was sick
pure green phlem

BP went from 160/95 to 130/85 pulse around 80

is it really pure anxiety as i dont feel panicked atm but we do have alot of money issues and husbands health and no work

i hate going on and on but i get so frightened

i have had 6 kalms today, 3 2mg diazapem and 2 10mg amitryptline but still feel the same

Green phlegm is normally a sign of a chest infection .Perhaps you could have an infection ? Do you have a cough ,sore throat or temperature ? It would also explain the other symptoms ..If you dont feel any better tommorow perhaps you should get to the Drs and see what he says . Best wishes Sue x

Definately infection, you need anti-biotics, Gp as per previous post x

green phlem now gone as has cough but my bp keeps fluctuating between 150/100 to as low as 118/77. is it normal with anxiety to have this difference in bp

only other symptom is my left arm goes dead, as if someone is pushing down on my shoulder :(

Your bp is within perfectly acceptable ranges, please dont worry. Hands, feet, arm numbness is usually anxiety. xxxxxx

Are you sure it was phlegm you were bringing up and not acid from your stomach? That is more probable as you has been sick and some of your sputum could be acid tinged.

Green phlegm doesn't generally just appear without other symptoms, and your cough could be acid reflux caused as well.

It sounds more anxiety driven to me hun.x

Blood pressure can fluctuate from as often as you take it. My husband has high blood pressure for which he is on medication and it can go sky high to normal with in minutes and he's not an anxious person!
Dont worry as this will make matters worse, best to do is try and relax...a bit difficult when your anxious I know xx

Debs - it was deff phlem - everyone here in tenerife has an awful chest infection atm so i guess i must have had it too

I have calmed down alot - i am beginning to hopefully rationalise my symptoms

ie - sweating - it is 31+ here at the moment
also have not brought gaviscon which was my crutch for years so i guess i am also getting indigestion as i am not paying €3 for 6 rennies :O
