Hiya. I'm new here and havn't ever belonged to a forum before. I am 46 and have suffered with panic attacks in one way or another for most of my adult life. I am looking to get to know others who understand how it makes you feel and how much it can affect you. All to often the people you know in 'real life' just dont understand.
