    Question first timer

    hi there i have just admitted to myself that my "funny five minutes" are actually panic attacks and the doc has put me on some beta blockers, which he has now changed to antidepressants that deal with anxiety, i can be doing nothing and suddenly it is like i am at the top of a roller coaster.... am i normal>>>? i am 34 and life was great.. until 2months ago when this all kicked off!!! i have had two wonderful holidays this year so without sound spoilt someone who goes fully paid by my folks to florida and then on my first cruise should not be suffering from panic attacks... i got vertigo the day we stepped foot onboard the cruiseship and since then i have been a totally different person...... anyone in the same position as me!!?> help!!
