Hi, I would really like a penpal or 2. I am 47 yrs old, live near Brighton have 4 grown up children and a 5 yr old grandaughter.
I have had panic attacks/anxiety for about 2 years, but it only became a real problem about 6 months ago. I am currently off work following my GP's advice, my occupation is young persons drug worker.

Hi karen its Lynn. Im 51 have a son 31 whose got a daughter age 12 months and a daughter whose 20 who really cant understand why her once independent mum finds the simplest of things impossible to do. But then again neither can I. Im from Stoke on Trent. I used to be a care worker until panic attacks took over my life in July 2005. I too am willing to chat.
