Feeling hungry, but cant eat properly
Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem with their anxiety. I'm hungry and everything and my stomach doesnt mind getting the food, but its like my throat and chest are getting full quickly, not my stomach, its really weird and thats whats stopping me from eating as much as I usually can, any help with this?

Do you think your chest and throat muscles are just tense because of the anxiety? It sounds very uncomfortable. Could be acid reflux from the anxiety too?
