I reckon you are spot on! My mind is automatically thinking it is anxious about going to work when in fact it is just more like a "bad habit".
Yes, the people at work are very understanding. The larger than life cook gave me a big hug and asked me if I was ok. She is lovely.
And everyone else asked me the same. They are all really nice.

Our minds are always trying to trick us, just try not to let it get to you, your sounding much more positive lately so keep it up.
I too have difficulties going out some days, and I know once I get out I'm not usually too bad, like you say it's just a bad habit, negative thinking, if you can change that to positive thinking then your half way to recovery.
Sure, we don't become positive thinkers overnight, and I know how difficult is, but we can do it. We all have our bad days too, when we really feel that we can't face anything, just don't let them bother you too much and keep focused on your goals.
