Lastnight I had my first in awhile panic attack at about 1:20am, it's now 8am and I've woken up twice, slept well but whn initially wake up i get the feeling like I'm about to have another one, I try n calm myslf down both times which seemed to have work.
Is this common ? To wake up feeling as such after a panic attack 7hrs ago when I slept good

yep totally normal and common, its still in your mind and you're worried its going to happen again!!! so as usual it keeps the vicous cirlce going, feeling following thought following feeling following thought.
I was overbreathing a fair bit yesterday evening, slept quite well, woke up this morning felt ok for bout 2mins then thought about the over breathing and now im doing it again !!! grrrrrrrrrrr !!!
try to ignore it and distract yourself and it will eventually subside
