Diazepam and 5HTP and L-thenanine???

Hi Guys,

I was recently put on Sertraline, having come off Citalopram altogether, but the horrendous and scary side effects of just one tablet made me feel awful, so I'm not taking any SSRI's anymore.

I want to start taking 5HTP, and supplement with L-thenanine, I still have diazepam, but are they okay to take with the supplements?

Anyone know this one please?? Am scared to take them all if it will cause an adverse reaction?

Or if anyone nows where I can find out?
