I'm sooo down just sat here crying again. All I wanted was some peace after my therapy appointment but no such luck living in this crappy place. I've had a cold for about 2 months, pains in my chest but doctor saids it's a virus everytime I see him. I'm sooo run down and fed up x

But you won't feel like that forever. Everyone has been happy at some point in their lives and everyone will again. If I feel like I can't bare anymore, I tell myself that I will always feel better in 3 days. I give my self 3 days to get myself happier and it always ends up with at least a slight improvement. Try it.

Do not give up... absoloutly not at all...
you need to hang in there... if you have had a cold for so long and you are feeling really run down.. it just isnt going to budge.. as your immune system will be a litte bit low.. make sure you drink lots of fluids and eat as many oranges as you can x
lots of vitamin c will clear the cold...
i understand how hard it is... i have been in a very dark place... but you have to keep on... it does and will get better... so please stay strong..
alot of people care about you on here... so open up to us and let us try and help you xx

Hang in there hun, I had sinus infection for months, never thought Id get better but slowly but surely I did, and im so much happier for it!xxx
