Weight Gain coming off Cit?

Hi Guys,

I probably came off Cit about a month ago, with not too much problems in terms of side effects. The only thing that I seem to be noticing is Weight Gain? I have always been fairly slim, I'm 24, and eat fairly well and exercise every day. I have always been able to eat whatever and not put on weight however coming off Cit has me eat so much food and get a little belly!!?? Is this normal?!!

It should level off after a few months .Its messed with your metabolism .Try to cut down on sugar and fat .the sugar turns into fat around the middle .Most people find it works the other way around ,that they put on weight when they are on it .This can take a few months of being free of it to get back to normal too . Thanks so much for the reply, I thought maybe I was just getting fatter but thats a relief I haven't changed my eating habits, I will have to ride it out i think>
