Massive panic attack

please if anyone has had an upset tummy recently please reply i have had it since wednesday and am having majoe panic attack swith the worry of it help me please

An upset tummy isn't really something that would indicate a serious illness unless it lasts for a long period of time. Are you vomiting or using the toilet alot?

I constantly have a funny tummy - its to do with nerves and anxiety. The only really thing you should be looking for is if it lasts a long time or if you have any blood (which sometimes doesnt even mean anything - in my case!).

Just drink lots of water, peppermint tea if bloating or painful and stay calm x

Hi...3 of my family members have gastoenteritis at the mo, and 2 friends. According to the docs, theres a lot going around at the mo. Good advice in previous posts. Get well soon x
