spots - unsure

hey all
since been going to gym i had 3 spot's come, one on my back and 2 on my neck.

i now started to get back pain's the spot is red am worried that i may have the big c in my back

help please

Cancer would not just appear like that !

They are probably heat spots since you went to the gym.

no, usually if you start doing a lot of exercise, your pores can clog with the likes of sweat and dirt... making you break out in spots. hence the importance of a nice hot shower afterwards. Im pretty sure you can relax on this one x

just this one been on my back been there for lest over a month

my cbt been going great but i cant see the spot so my anxiety come back

Hi could be blocked sweat ducts from excessive sweat as your quite new to the gym. As Nic says, Ca doesnt manifest that way. x

No not at all, I had a spot on my leg about 5 months ago, still a tiny bit left. x

I get a lot of spots on my back, sometimes just red spots, sometimes yellow heads, sometimes they hurt and others they don't, I got told it's probably just because I'm a young guy (21) and the back is where guys get them especially during puberty (which apparently can go on until you're 23 iin some people :|)

Sweating a lot can cause boils as well as spots. boils, deep under the skin can stay there for months. If i get a spot on my back in can be there ages, mostly because i wear a bra and it aggrevates them.
