need a hug

Hi All just wanted to put a request in for a hug , i not been around much lately due to work commitments etc etc , i seem to be doing so well at the moment , but i have had a viral throat infection on and off for a month , 2 courses of antibiotics later and nothing seems to be working other than paracetamol , i really really dont want to have my health anxiety creep up on me again and im battling real hard with it forcing it to stay away , as alot of my mates on here know im a fighter and i will beat it again , ive beaten worse than this in the last 2 yrs so h/a will be easy lol hmm. . . anyway ill shut up now , but would love a few hugs x x x x
