Hi does anyone with ibs find that if they worry about needing the toilet when out that it actually makes them need it i can worry about wanting to go then my tummy will do a flip and i will need to go anyone else like this x

Yes i'me like this especially when i'me at work. If i have something to eat i worry that i'me going to need the loo and then i hold my stomach tense, don't think i realise i'me doing it sometimes and i usually end up with stomach ache from all that tension. Least thats what i think it is. xxx

yes rosebud im worse after eating i worry that im going to need the toilet which actually makes me need it so i bring it on myself i think x

i know what you mean. i focus on it far to much. i find if i'me doing something that has me completely distracted the feelings not there or i don't notice it. Thats the trouble when you think about something all the time it just magnifies it. I wonder if sometimes i do bring these feelings on myself xxx
