No he hasn't had chance to do it yet. Probably over the weekend

We have added a few but it would look better with some more done - like the ones that say EDIT and QUOTE.

They are done and in the PSD folder, but I will make the gifs for you, btw if you need a development server instead of using local files im happy to offer one.
