appointment with mental health!

I have an appointment to see a nurse therapist next week in the hospital hopefully this is the start of a recovery... It's a male nurse which is a bit different as I'm so used to seeing females but hopefully it'll be OK... My doctor also wrote me a letter this morning saying she has been reading my notes - I was scheduled to get an assessment for an op but she has said as it is non urgent she would rather wait til we get somewhere with the anxiety and then see about the op in a few months time which makes sense! She says to give her a ring if I'm upset but as I'm not too bothered I already have an appt for 2 weeks time so will simply speak to her then. Feel I am finally getting somewhere
