pins and needles/numbness

Hi, have ghad s ferw days of bad anxiety, one alarming symptom is pins and needles in my fingers and toes, similar in backs of thighhs, weird aches in my knee, elbow and wrist joints, plus palps, tingly head, jumpy hesrt feeling etc, does anyone else get these tinglings everywhere ?

Hi Andy,

All definate big anxiety symptoms, I have suffered with all of these at one time or another. Try to ignore the feelings then they do go away.
