Yes and I believe it's down to the circulation. Try keeping your toes warm.

I have naturally cold hands and feet. so they match the air temp.
most people their hands stay warm when it's cold but mine dont they hurt really bad and turn blue! I often sit on my hands lol to keep the warm.
I'm sure my feet are the same i just wear wollly socks so i don't notice it much.

Mine do too, my fingernails go purple really easily :(
