struggling today

Hi there,

I;m trying so hard to stay positive today and I do realise that it is the day before my period so probably explains why my anxiety is sky high but my derealisation is off the scale today, everythign looks so so unreal and i keep having intrusive thoughts what if everything isn't real. Please someone tell me this gets better! x

My anxiety is always worse before my period. Please try not to panic and bet you feel loads better in a day or two.
