Well I have made it through a big chunk of the day, proud of myself, felt terrible this morning, and the drowsiness has lessened. No anxiety or depression today, so even though I feel weak, it is a GOOD day. Positive thinking Heavenly, these new meds are going to work!!

Bit of insomnia last night, didn't want to take a Diaz as I took one the night before. I have read this is a side effect. Will see pharmacist today, see if there is a natural sleep aid that is ok to take with citalopram. I need my sleep!

You're doing well, hope you have a good day!x
Have left work now, thank goodness. Went to chat to my pharmacist, she is so lovely. Asked her about a natural remedy for sleeping and she said she can't recommend any of them as they are not tested medicines and she can't say how they will react with what I am taking already. Which is fair enough, so I have left it for the mo. She said there is nothing wrong with me taking a 2mg diaz for the next couple of nights to get my sleeping back on track. She said the first week is always the worst with an antidepressant and after week 2, things should have settled down a bit. I do hope so!
