    Spots/Dry Skin

Anyone get this even when your not anxious? I never used to but it just seems little spots appear on my body. The dry skin is mostly upper back but the spots seem to appear anyway from head to toe, the most recent one was on the side just above the pelvis, is this normal?

    Re: Spots/Dry Skin

Yep, completely normal. Spots and dry skin are just part of life I'm afraid! I had a little tiny spot apear on my tummy few weeks ago, so small but I still noticed it cuz of my health anxiety! I forgot about it though and it just dissapeared like spots do. Checking myself out now and I've just noticed a little one where my shoulder joins my chest! You can get spots all over your body.

If dry skin is bothering you, get some moisturiser on it, in my experience it starts to work almost instantly and if it's the type of dry skin thats uncomfertable/sore it soothes it too, though putting it on would sting it for a bit first. x
