before i started my meds i never really had bad anxiety just panic attacks.However since starting my medication although the panic attacks have decreased considerabley every night at about 11pm i start to have real bad bouts of anxiety where i have trouble breathing and really bad trembling i just wondered if this is normal and that maybe it is because i take my meds at 9am every morning and that maybe they start to lose there effectiveness as the day goes on and therefore where of in the night
